Membership Terms and Conditions

Your monthly membership fee provides an account credit that can be used on services and products offered at Well Into Life (credit is based on the membership level).

  • Active members receive a 20% discount on services and upgrades/add-ons with no monthly limit.
  • Massage upgrade options may include; Aromatherapy, 15-minute massage extension (when available), CBD oil, arnica oil, apricot oil, hot stones, Himalayan salt stones, hot towels, Deep Blue, cupping, etc. (see our Add-ons page for some of our current options).
  • Active members receive a 10% discount on products.
  • Active members receive a 10% discount on gift certificates when gift certificates are purchased for non-members.
  • Three month initial membership commitment required.
  • No long-term contract (after 3-month initial commitment).
  • Can be canceled with 15 days notice (after 3-month commitment).
  • Membership renews automatically and indefinitely unless canceled by member.
  • Never a termination fee.
  • Active memberships include a “Designated Guest” option. This Designated Guest can share the members-only discounts for services, but not for gift certificates, products, or add-ons.
  • The Member can change their Designated Guest once per year.
  • Membership “account credits” can only be used by the individual member and cannot be shared.
  • Monthly account credits never expire.
  • Membership charges can be frozen for up to 90 days, once per year (payments would be skipped for up to a 90-day period).
  • Members can redeem unused, accumulated account credits during this “frozen” period but cannot utilize any other membership discounts/benefits/perks until their account has been returned to an active state.
  • Membership can only be frozen after the first 3-month commitment period.
  • Membership fees and/or account credits cannot be refunded or prorated.
  • Members can select their payment date (the payment date can be changed once per year).
  • “No-show” or “late-cancel” terms apply (monthly membership account credits can be used to pay for these fees – no-show/late-cancel fees can’t be discounted).
  • No other discounts or coupons can be applied to services and/or products when the members-only discounts are being used, other than promotions advertised for members – Discounts cannot be stacked with other offers or promotions.
  • Appointments are subject to availability.
  • You may choose any participating therapist/practitioner at time of booking for services (services with Carey Phillips are excluded)
  • Membership prices and terms and conditions may be modified at any time. Members will be given at least 45 days advance notice of any changes (via email and/or posting at office).

How to Freeze or Cancel Your Membership

We love having you at our practice but we understand that flexibility is important, so here are a couple of options for your membership moving forward: 

  1. You have the option to suspend, or “freeze,” your membership for up to 90 days every year. We’re hoping this allows you to catch up on any missed services, travel, take time off for injury, or anything else you would like to do while your membership is frozen. Additionally, it’s easy to cancel your membership at any time during this period. Please note that there is a minimum 3 month commitment before requests can be processed.   2. You also have the option to terminate your membership. This discontinues all membership benefits you might have. Please note that there is a minimum 3 month commitment before requests can be processed and, per our 14-day cancellation policy, you may be billed one more time before the contract terminates. Please note that the completion of either form is required, as the received form is your official notice to us that you want your membership canceled or suspended.
