What Well Into Life is doing to protect our valued clients and staff.

 

COVID and the Safety of our Clients and Staff

We have modified our COVID/masking policy to include the following:

Face Masks: Face masks are currently optional at Well Into Life. We will continue to monitor conditions and make adjustments to this policy as needed.

Safe Environment: We continue to be absolutely committed to operating with the well being of our clients constantly in mind. Out of consideration for our clients and staff, we’re continuing to take steps to keep everyone safe. We’ve made updates to our facility and our processes to ensure we can adhere to guidelines that go above and beyond the best practices in our industry so that we can continue to offer exceptional services to our clients in a safe environment.

Your wellness is very important to us.

We understand what a big concern the Coronavirus has been to people. And we’re concerned too. It’s something that can certainly have a big impact on your wellness, whether it’s from actually catching the virus, or from the stress and anxiety that can come from hearing about the threat.

To protect your wellness, we’ve always worked hard to keep our office clean and sanitized. But now we’ve implemented practices that go above and beyond what you’ll find at most other massage practices. We want you to feel completely comfortable when you come visit us. While you’re here, we want you to be able to focus on your wellness… and only your wellness.

Steps we take to protect our clients and staff:

coronavirus concerns Every massage room has an air-sanitizing unit with a hepa filter and virus-killing UV light.

coronavirus concerns Our common areas have air-sanitizing units with a hepa filter and virus-killing UV light.

coronavirus concerns Our towel warmers are equipped with virus-killing UV lighting.

coronavirus concerns We sanitize linens after each use.

coronavirus concerns We stagger appointment times when possible to reduce the number of people in our lobby.

coronavirus concerns We require our staff to always wash their hands before and after a massage service.

coronavirus concerns We have disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer readily available for staff and clients.

coronavirus concerns We require our staff to stay home when they’re sick.

coronavirus concerns We’ve implemented a contactless New Client Form that can be completed online.

coronavirus concerns We waive cancellation fees when clients get sick and can’t come in for an appointment (minimum of 2 hour advance notice is required).
