Completing a New Client Form – We ask that you please fill out the Online New Client Form on this page before your visit. This will give us some information on your current physical condition so that we can be better equipped to help you.
Getting Ready for Your Massage Session
After discussing your needs, your therapist will leave the room to provide privacy while you disrobe (including jewelry, etc.). You should only take off what you feel comfortable with removing, keeping in mind that you’ll have linens for coverage during your session. Modesty is always respected. Your therapist will only uncover areas that are being worked on, but feel free to let your therapist know if you prefer having additional coverage.
After disrobing, you’ll lay on the massage table, covering yourself with the linens. When your therapist comes back into the room, please let them know if they can do anything to make you feel more comfortable. Whether it’s the lighting, temperature, or music, we’ll do whatever we can to make your visit with us as productive and comfortable as possible.
During Your Massage Session
You should expect a calm and comfortable environment for your massage. Each of our rooms are equipped with music to enhance your experience. If you prefer a completely quiet session, just ask your therapist to turn the music off. The lights will be dimmed during the session but let us know if you like more light.
During the session, if there is anything that doesn’t feel comfortable or right, your therapist wants to know about it. Please tell them to stop or to change their pressure. They’ll be communicating with you to ensure their approach is what you need, so please let them know if you want anything modified to make you feel more comfortable.
After Your Massage Session
After the session is over, your therapist will leave the room again to provide you with privacy to get dressed. Once you’re fully dressed your therapist can answer any questions or receive your feedback about what you liked, or didn’t like, about the session. They may provide suggestions about self-care or other recommendations that can help you continue down your path of wellness.

Booking Information / FAQs
Why am I being asked for my credit card number at time of booking?
Your credit card is used to guarantee your reservation and will not be charged at the time of booking. The card may be charged in the event of a client “no-show” or a cancelation that does not occur within our early cancelation window (see cancelation policies below).
I have an expired Groupon or Living Social Voucher, can I still use it?
Yes. Even though your voucher has expired you still have the Paid Value of your voucher available to use as a credit toward any regularly priced service we offer. Vouchers are part of a special promotion and cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.
Reservation Requirements
We require a credit card to reserve an appointment at Well Into Life. This policy applies to all appointment/service types and applies regardless of the form of payment used for the service charge. This credit card may be used to collect any applicable fees as described in our Cancelation Policy. By providing your credit card information to us you are agreeing to the terms of these policies and requirements.
What is your cancelation policy?
A $75 missed appointment fee will be billed for appointments canceled or rescheduled less than a full 24 hours in advance. The $75 fee will be charged to the credit card on file or provided at the time of booking your appointment. If the charge is declined for any reason by the credit card company, the fee will be charged to your Well Into Life account and will need to be paid prior to scheduling an additional massage.
PLEASE NOTE: If you’re sick, we want you to please stay home to rest and recuperate. We will waive our $75 fee for clients who need to late-cancel their appointment due to illness. We require that you still call us to cancel however (804-818-6281), and we require that you call us at a minimum of 2 hours prior to your appointment time. A missed-appointment/late-cancellation fee of $75 will be applied for no-shows when no notification is provided by the client and/or when the cancelation occurs within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Thank you for your understanding.
Confirmation Emails, Calls, and Text Messages
As a courtesy, we may send out email reminders, text messages, and perhaps even provide a phone call in an attempt to confirm your appointment with us. To help with this, we ask that you please let us know if your email or phone number has changed. While this is a complimentary service for our clients, it remains your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointment dates and times to avoid cancelation fees.
Appointment Tardiness
We understand that life can make punctuality difficult at times. So if you need to arrive late to your appointment we ask that you please contact us to let us know you’re on your way. Please note that your appointment may need to be abbreviated due to the delay so as to not impact the appointments of other clients.
