Our Approach
Our approach is not one-size-fits-all. There are different avenues to take to reach the destination of health. Our practitioners create an individualized healing plan after listening to a client’s issues, needs, and preferences.

What We Are Not
We are not a major massage chain that puts more emphasis on the business side of the practice than on the people side.
We are not a practice that restricts under-paid Massage Therapists so they can’t focus on spending the necessary time, and putting forth the right amount of attention to really help their clients.
We are not a practice that will make you feel uneasy by asking you to do anything that you’re not completely comfortable with.
We don’t introduce elements into our therapies that really have no value to you, only because they’re trendy.
Our environment is comfortable and professional. We don’t have that “corporate” feeling, but we’re also not too small… we’re “just right” for many clients.
Carey Phillips – Owner
Carey had worked in Corporate America for a number of years before switching gears and deciding to help people reach their full potential and feel better in their actual life. She made this leap to being a holistic healing practitioner in 2008 and has never looked back.
As an NCBTMB Board Certified, Licensed Massage Therapist, and an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner, she offers her clients Structural Integration massage, orthopedic medical massage, deep tissue, trigger point and myofascial release, pre- and post-natal massage, Swedish/relaxation wellness massage and energy therapies including reflexology, Eden Energy Medicine, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy.
