Reiki

Reiki is a Chakra based energy therapy with a focus on connecting with, and strengthening, a client’s own healing energy. Strengthening or unblocking your healing energy can help address symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance. The practitioner intentionally follows the body’s natural energetic movement with standard Reiki hand positions while providing deep relaxation.

During a Reiki session the practitioner channels universal energy through their hands to provide healing to the client’s body and energy field. A healthier energy field allows the physical body to be more relaxed and enhances the body’s natural abilities to heal.

The client remains fully clothed during a Reiki session. In the session the Practitioner places their hands lightly on or over specific areas of the body (the client is given the option of having a hands-on or hands-off session). People who receive Reiki often describe it as “intensely relaxing.”

Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki has all the benefits as an in-person Reiki session except that the person receiving Reiki is not in the same room as the practitioner. With distance Reiki, the practitioner’s focus and intent is to send directed energy to the client, and it’s the client’s willingness to receive it that helps to make the session successful. It’s based on the premise that we are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of a larger whole. The practitioner channels this energy for the benefit of helping and healing the client.
The structure of this session is:
  • 10 minutes for initial consultation
  • 20 minutes for distance Reiki
  • 10 minutes afterwards to discuss results and additional consultation
Visit our Services and Prices page for more information about Distance Reiki, or our Booking page if you’d like to book a session.

Eden Energy Medicine (EEM)

Eden Energy Medicine uses both Meridian and Chakra based energy protocols to assess and locate where there are imbalances in the energy of the client. A client’s physical symptoms are reviewed as indicators that there is an imbalance in one of the primary energy systems of the body, these include the Meridians, Chakras, Aura, Electrics, Radiant Circuits, and the 5 Rhythms or Elements from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Eden Energy Medicine can be a complement to your current medical care as well as a valuable tool for self-care and self-help. It can help address physical illness and emotional issues, and can also promote high-level wellness and peak performance.

During an EEM session you will learn how to tap into your body’s natural healing abilities. And it’s something that can be practiced easily and safely at home, or on the go.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is part of a 100 year old discipline founded by Dr. William Garner Sutherland, D.O. who spent more than 50 years perfecting a therapy that offers a dynamically effective set of tools for healing a wide range of physical and emotional challenges. Every day we endure physical stresses that our body adjusts to and absorbs to keep us functioning as well as possible. When tension builds, our tissues begin to tighten, which can affect the brain and spinal cord, compromising the function of the body through the central nervous system. This therapy can address deep patterns of dysfunction in the body and provide the client with resources and space needed to re-establish physical health and healing.

BCST can offer relief from a wide variety of illness and pain, such as migraines, neck and back pain, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, TMJ, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders, scoliosis, orthopedic problems, stress, and many other conditions.

The goal of BCST is to find areas of restricted movement that inhibit proper function of the body and assist the body to re-establish healthy movement.
